Effective 16 August 2026. Applies to Watson Platform apps, including Watson Showcase, TV Explorer, FreeRM, and other apps that use a Watson account.

No warranty

WATSON APPS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that any app will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at any particular time. We do not guarantee access to services or to your data. We do not guarantee against data loss, corruption, or unavailability.

ALL USE OF WATSON APPS IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Paid services

Some Watson apps offer paid subscriptions. Subscriptions are paid in advance and are non-refundable under any circumstance, including account deletion, account removal, cancellation, or dissatisfaction.

Your data

You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any data you care about. We may change, suspend, or discontinue any app or feature at any time.

Accounts

You are responsible for activity on your Watson account. You may use Watson apps only for lawful purposes. We may suspend or terminate access at any time.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy describes what data we keep.
